The UISP Wave-LR is a professional 60 GHz wireless bridge station designed for long-range point-to-point and point-to-multipoint connections. With its weather-resistant design and high performance, it is an ideal choice especially for internet service providers (ISPs) and enterprise connectivity solutions. It uses both 60 GHz and 5 GHz bands simultaneously to provide a high-capacity and reliable connection backbone. Its technical strengths include a high-precision 46 dBi gain antenna that delivers up to 2 Gbps total throughput even at ranges exceeding 8 km. Massive channel widths of up to 2160 MHz in the 60 GHz band offer unprecedented data transfer speed and capacity. Additionally, the integrated 5 GHz radio supporting the 802.11ax (WiFi 6) standard strengthens the connection, ensuring an uninterrupted experience. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 60°C and IPX6 water resistance certification, the product can be used safely in all outdoor conditions. The Wave-LR is especially suitable for high-bandwidth applications in challenging areas such as inter-city building connections, campus network backbones, or coastal settlements. It can be easily managed and monitored centrally via UISP software. Its stable and high-speed connection serves as an enterprise-class bridge between points where fiber infrastructure is absent or costly, and can be used reliably in traffic-intensive scenarios such as 4K video transmission, large data transfer, and backup solutions.
