The Aqara Roller Shade Driver E1 (RSD-M01) is a retrofit device that converts your existing roller blind into a smart curtain by controlling its beaded chain. No complex wiring required; it mounts on the wall and the chain attaches to a rotating plate. Using Zigbee 3.0, it works with an Aqara hub for remote control, scheduling, and automation via the Aqara Home app. Compatible with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant. With 0.45 Nm torque, it can lift blinds up to 5 kg. The built-in lithium battery lasts about 2 months, and USB Type-C allows continuous power if needed.
