The Cudy POE15 is an IP67-certified, fully waterproof PoE extender designed to reliably extend Gigabit PoE+ signals in harsh outdoor conditions. Its metal casing enhances durability, and it operates seamlessly in a wide temperature range from -25°C to 55°C, allowing you to overcome the 100-meter distance limit for security cameras, access points, or other PoE devices. It supports both 802.3af (PoE) and 802.3at (PoE+) standards, integrating easily into your existing infrastructure. Technically, the Cudy POE15 offers one Gigabit PoE+ input port and one Gigabit PoE+ output port. It delivers up to 30W of PoE power from the input to the output, subtracting its own 2W consumption, thus providing the required power to the connected device. The device automatically detects Mode A and Mode B pin assignments, eliminating compatibility issues. Additionally, reverse polarity, overvoltage, and short-circuit protections safeguard both the extender and connected equipment from potential electrical problems. You can daisy-chain up to 3 POE15 units to further expand your network. This product is ideal for outdoor security cameras, wireless access points in gardens or parking lots, and IP phones located far from the main PoE source. Simply plug it into an existing PoE switch or injector to extend your network and power without additional cabling costs. The POE15 can be mounted on walls or poles using the included brackets, providing a professional and reliable network extension solution.
