The Cudy GS108ES2 is a light managed network switch offering 8 Gigabit RJ45 ports and 2 1.25G SFP slots. With a metal casing and compact dimensions (190×100×28 mm), it can be placed on a desktop or mounted on a wall, providing a flexible and reliable network infrastructure solution for small and medium businesses and home office users. Powered by a 12V⎓1A DC input, the switch achieves energy efficiency with a maximum power consumption of only 4.5W. Technically, the GS108ES2 features a 21 Gbps switching capacity and a forwarding rate of 14.88 Mpps, with 4096 MAC addresses and 4096 VLANs to efficiently manage network traffic. Support for 15 KB jumbo frames enhances performance during large file transfers, while 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet reduces idle power consumption to as low as 0.9W. Advanced L2 features such as port management, port trunking, port mirroring, IGMP Snooping, DHCP Snooping, LLDP, QoS, and various VLAN types (MTU, Port-Based, 802.1Q, Voice VLAN) give network administrators detailed control. This switch is ideal for environments with heavy network traffic and high bandwidth requirements. The two SFP slots allow you to expand your network with fiber optic connections for long-distance, high-speed data transmission. It can reliably connect critical equipment such as IP camera systems, servers, and storage devices in offices, schools, small businesses, or home networks. Configuration is easy via the web-based interface and the upcoming Cudy app. Technical Specifications: - Gigabit RJ45 Ports: 8 - SFP Slots: 2 (1.25G) - Switching Capacity: 21 Gbps - Maximum Forwarding Rate: 14.88 Mpps - MAC Address Table: 4096 - Number of VLANs: 4096 - Jumbo Frame: 15 KB - Packet Buffer: 1.5 Mbit - Power Input: 12V⎓1A DC - Maximum Power Consumption: 4.5W - Idle Power Consumption: 0.9W - Dimensions: 190×100×28 mm - Weight: 461.5 g - Casing Material: Metal - Installation: Desktop / Wall - Operating Temperature: 0 °C ~ 40 °C - Storage Temperature: -40 °C ~ 70 °C
