The Cudy GS1020PS2 is a high-performance and reliable network switch offering 16 Gigabit PoE+ ports and 2 Gigabit SFP slots. With a total PoE budget of 200W, it can deliver both data and power over a single cable to devices supporting IEEE 802.3at/af standards, such as IP cameras, access points, and VoIP phones. Designed for 24/7 uninterrupted operation with a robust metal casing and advanced EMC protection. Key technical highlights include a switching capacity of 36 Gbps and a packet forwarding rate of 26.78 Mpps. The switch provides up to 30W PoE+ power per port and features intelligent power management that prioritizes connections when the budget is exceeded. The built-in VLAN mode isolates downlink ports to enhance security, while the Extend mode allows long-distance transmission up to 250 meters on designated ports. Additionally, the PoE Watchdog feature automatically reboots unresponsive PoE devices to maintain system stability. This switch is ideal for medium to large-scale security camera systems, corporate office networks, and campus Wi-Fi coverage. With 16 PoE+ ports, it can power numerous IP cameras or access points from a single central point, and the 2 SFP slots allow expansion via fiber optic backbone connections. Suitable for both desktop and rack-mount installation, it is a user-friendly and practical solution preferred by installers.
