The ANT-5523N is a CMOS-based high-side MOSFET power switch IC designed to provide protection for USB power lines. Housed in a compact SOT-23-5 package, it minimizes power loss with a typical on-resistance of 130 mΩ. It includes overcurrent limiting, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection. With an input voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it is suitable for USB peripherals and portable devices.
